Administrator Assistant

​

Key responsibilities

  • Administrative support

  • Making travel arrangements for the team (sending and following up in travel requests, booking hotels and flights, preparing travel documents, visas)

  • Assisting with preparation of and attending team meetings as needed (including preparation of minutes)

  • Assisting with contract development, approval, signing and filling/archiving

  • Data entry into database

  • Maintaining the procurement system (setting up and tracking of purchase orders), following-up on invoices and completing the accrual list

  • Preparing expense reports

  • Assisting with hiring and on–boarding of new employees

  • Ordering office suppliers

  • Organizing and filing documents, as needed

 

Qualifications

  • Apprenticeship in administration or similar education

  • Precise and independent working style

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Experience in budget tracking and contract/invoice handling (ideally with financial systems/databases)

  • Fluency in English

  • Digital skills would be a plus

 

HGV Class C driver

​

A driver with a full and valid truck driving license. Should be a team worker, self motivated, flexible, preferably young between the ages of 25 - 40. Experience driving trucks of 7 ton and above. There is a lot of lifting in the job. The ideal candidate should be in good health.Your tasks

  • Transport of material

  • Unloading and loading of material

  • Team player and willingness to perform

  • If required readiness for shift and weekend work

  • Driver of continuous Improvement activities

  • Ensure the cleanliness of the working area

 

Your profile

  • Valid Driver license (Minimum of 2 years relevant driving experience)

  • Must be in a good physical condition

  • Good Team player

  • Good knowledge of English both spoken and written

  • Flexibility (hours/days) along the year is essential
