The start of Feasibility Study

Today is the start of the feasibility start phase.

I am excited as i am not sure what this study is going to reveal.

I am all out to discovery.....!

So what are my expectations of this study?

I would like to find out about the following;

Market situation in Uganda

What types of plastics exist and what is available?

Where most of this plastic comes from?

What legislation do exist?

How easy is it to make business?

How much can we collect?

What prices are charged by collectors?

What prices do the recyclers pay to the collectors?

Who is doing this business already?

How many collection points can be set up within the time scale set?

I can go on for a while asking many questions that i may have in my mind but I believe these will cover most of the big topics in my head. I am sure more pressing questions will come up as we go through this phase.

I have set a 1 month limit to this survey, this is to help me understand what can be done in this period.
